About

Ever since I was a young girl in St. Louis, I enjoyed the English language and writing assignments in class. My cousin and I corresponded by snail mail before emails and Facebook existed, so I wrote stories at the end of my letters to her.

My adult career took me into the business arena where I had the opportunity to hone my skills with business letters and compose an administrative assistant’s handbook. At that time, it still hadn’t dawned on me that I could write for fun.

God brought a wonderful Air Force career husband into my life, and our travels took me to places in Europe and Hawaii. During those years, I became a mother and owned a few dogs. When that time ended, I realized I should finish a B.A. degree in English.

After the military experience, my husband I traveled for thirteen years in a fifth wheel, giving up a brick and mortar home for the adventurous life.

I am a member of American Christian Fiction Writers (ACFW), both national and a Colorado chapter. I have been blessed twice as a finalist in the Phoenix ACFW Rattler Writing Contest.

I enjoy fictional stories about romance intertwined with characters’ spiritual growth, and I hope you do too. My writing includes accounts about cowboys, whether historical or modern-day. Although I am not published just yet, my wish is that “Dead Ringer Cowboy,” a working title, will encourage you to pick up my book.

Happy Reading!
